How do I add a visit session to my cart?

  1. On the Select campus visits page, select the visit you want to add to your cart.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the window and select the student who will attend the visit under Existing Participants.
  3. Fill out the participant form and then click the Add visit to cart button at the bottom. (If you haven't created an account yet, you still be asked to do that first.)
  4. In the new window, click the Checkout button if you are submit your “order” or the Register for another visit button if you would like to add additional visits to your cart.


How do I cancel a visit?

  1. Under My orders in the menu, select Cancel visits.
  2. Find the order with the visit you would like to cancel. (If you aren't seeing any orders, make sure you select all orders at the bottom.)
  3. Click the Refund & Remove button underneath it and click the Ok button in the window that opens to complete the cancellation.

(Don’t worry about the references to refunds. Our event is 100% free!)


How do I add another student to my account?

There are two ways you can add a new student.

Method 1:

  1. On the Select campus visits page, select the visit that you want to have the new student attend.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the window and click the New Participant button under Existing Participants.
  3. Fill out the participant form and then click the Add visit to cart button at the bottom.
  4. In the new window, click the Save button if the new student’s address is the same as the account’s primary address OR the Add New Address button if it’s different. (You can also select different addresses that you’ve already entered for other students in the drop-down menu in the upper right.)
  5. Click the Okay button in the new window. The visit had been added to your cart.
  6. In the new window, click the Checkout button if you are submit your “order” or the Register for another visit button if you would like to add additional visits to your cart.

Method 2:

  1. Select My Participants the menu.
  2. In the upper right, click the Add new student button.
  3. Add the new student’s basic information on the next screen and click the New Participant button.
  4. On the Select campus visits page, select the visit that you want to have the new student attend.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the window and select the new student you just created.
  6. Fill out the participant form and then click the Add visit to cart button at the bottom.
  7. In the new window, click the Save button if the new student’s address is the same as the account’s primary address OR the Add New Address button if it’s different. (You can also select different addresses that you’ve already entered for other students in the drop-down menu in the upper right.)
  8. Click the Okay button in the new window. The visit had been added to your cart.
  9. In the new window, click the Checkout button if you are submit your “order” or the Register for another visit button if you would like to add additional visits to your cart.


Is there a way to see all my visits on a calendar?

Yes!

  1. Under My participants in the menu, select My visit schedule.
  2. Use the left- and right-pointing arrows in the upper left to move forward or backward by month.
  3. If you have more than one student participant in your account, you can use the All Participants drop-down menu in the upper left to select individual student participants to see only that student’s schedule.


How do I search for visit sessions that are near me?

  1. On the Select campus visits page, find Search by distance from zip code in the search box.
  2. Enter your zip code in the first box.
  3. In the second box, chose how many miles from the zip code you would like to search. (Miles can be changed to kilometers in the third box.)
  4. Click the Search button at the bottom of the search box.


How do I search for visit sessions on a certain day?

  1. On the Select campus visits page, find Search by date range in the search box.
  2. Enter a date in both boxes (the same date for one day or a range for several days) or use the calendar to select the date.
  3. Click the Search button at the bottom of the search box.
